Negin Ofogh Niayesh | , with a total built area of 340,000 m² is located in an upscale business area of Tehran and consists of four main occupancies including car park, retail areas, office towers, and hotel. Ten basement floors are allocated to car park and plants, a nine-level podium in addition to three mezzanine floors are allocated to retail areas, public areas of the hotel, restaurants, health club, and meeting rooms, two towers are allocated to office areas, and one tower is allocated to an upper upscale hotel.
