This project is located in Mahmudabad along the central Caspian Sea coastline. The building consists of six floors containing three types of residential apartments and a penthouse. The green roof positioned on the seventh floor serves as a venue for social interactions within the community.The interior design concept draws on climatic conditions of the region, with a touch of local architecture. Its style aims to be welcoming and comfortable for all residents, from young families to older people who need care and assistance
