This cluster hotel with a total built area of 55,000 m2, is located in the vicinity of IKIA (Tehran’s newly established international airport). The project is designed and built within the framework of an EPC contract and includes two hotels under Ibis and Novotel brands of Accor Group of Hotels (France); the former with 200 and the latter with 300 guestrooms. In addition to guestrooms, the building includes variety of public and service areas including carparks, three restaurants, a main ballroom (dividable to three), six meeting rooms, separate health centers for men and women, business centers and coffee corners, central kitchen and laundry, as well as an exclusive crew lounge for the airline crews.
It is the first airport hotel in Iran, and the first hotel operated by an international hospitality group within the past four decades. Accordingly, all applicable international standards as well as the specific operator requirements have been observed in design and construction of the project.
Design and construction of this project was checked and approved by Accor Group of France as the designated operator, and the project was handed over successfully to APAVE Group as the operator’s trusted safety consultant.
